We at Klaa Ho take a keen interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

The order can be canceled. As a policy, We do not offer returns on products which are delivered. All sales are considered as final sales.

If there is an issue with the size. the product can be sent back for alterations to the correct size within 3 months of ordering. The end user will bear the cost of shipping for sending the product back to us for alterations as well as the cost of shipping for us to send it back to the end user.
